These span multiple cuisines, from contemporary Japanese restaurant CutFish and Emirati-inspired Heaf cafe, to marketplace-themed Meat the Fish and home-grown burger joint Salt. Standalone restaurants in the hotel include Grecian Iliana, Venetian Rialto, Mediterranean Mirabelle, pan-Asian Madame Li, gourmet steakhouse The Cullinan, and Indian fine-dining The Bombay Club among others.
