Foodfund Investments LLC and/or its Affiliate entities, (“FFI”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your Personal Data (as defined below) and how we will treat it.

1.2 By implementing this privacy policy, we aim to strike a compromise between your reasonable expectation of privacy and our legitimate business interests. As a result, we shall make a good faith effort to guard against unauthorised access to or disclosure of your personal information. However, we cannot provide complete security for your personal data.

Your payment card information will never be saved or used by us. We will make every effort to ensure that the payment gateway companies we deal with store all credit card data with the best industry standard security.

4.6 We use SevenRooms’ proprietary reservation and inventory management system (the “Platform“). The Platform interacts with the Us to find available reservations, to secure, change or cancel online reservations, and to confirm that reservations were honored. Where reservations are placed directly with a Us that uses the Platform, or through other third-party reservation services that We may you’re your information is recorded in (or transferred to) the Platform to assist Us in managing the reservation and provide services to you. What security measures are in place to protect my Personal Data?

5.1 Although absolute security cannot be guaranteed on the Internet, we have in place up-to-date, appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your Personal Data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, misuse, destruction or against unauthorised disclosure or access to the information we Process online.

5.2 While we cannot warrant the complete security of any Personal Data you provide us; we will continue to maintain and improve these security measures over time in line with legal and technological developments.

How will we store your Personal Data?

6.1 We store your Personal Data. We may also or alternatively store your Personal Data on and transfer your Personal Data to a central database located within or outside of the United Arab Emirates. If the location of the central database is located in a country that does not have substantially similar laws which provide for the protection of personal data, we will take the necessary steps to ensure that your Personal Data is adequately protected in that jurisdiction.

Use of the Website by children

10.1 This Website is accessible to children under the age of 18.

Governing law

12.1 The contents of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

12.2 If any provision of this Privacy Policy is judged to be illegal, void or unenforceable due to applicable law or by order of a court of competent jurisdiction it shall be deemed deleted and the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of the provisions will not be prejudiced unless a court of competent jurisdiction determines that the substantive purpose of this Privacy Policy is then frustrated, in which case you may contact FFI at the address in clause 13 below in order to opt-out of the Privacy Policy.
